Janie is doing great! At her one month appointment she has grown to 21 inches (up from 20 1/4) and now weighs in at 8 lbs, 6 ozs (she was born at 7 lbs, 3 ozs). So far she has a clean bill of health. We keep busy during the day...it is amazing how quickly time goes by. Our days are spent, well, eating, sleeping and pooping. When we are not doing one of the above mentioned things, we spend the time rocking, talking to each other (ok, Mom and Dad do most of the talking), playing on her play mat, watching her mobile in amazement and getting in a little tummy time.
Janie has met so many wonderful people. She is lucky to be part of a great family and is so glad that Mommy and Daddy have such amazing friends . But really, we are the lucky ones to be blessed with such a beautiful little girl. She truly is the best gift ever!

I am so excited that you are doing a blog for the Francis family! I have been thinking about you guys non-stop! I'm so glad everything is going well and think Janie is absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to meet her and spend some time with you guys! We hope that is soon! Love you and miss you!
